One - Singular	Ones - Plural
Which one ? = Which Crayon? (Qual? = Qual giz?)	Which ones do you prefer? = Which jackets do you prefer? ( Quais você prefere? = Quais jaquetas você prefere)
The blue one = the blue crayon (O azul = O giz azul)	The leather ones = The leather jackets (As de couro = As jaquetas de couro)

*Note that one/ones are used to replace the countable noun to avoid repeating the words.
